Policies:
- Cancellation Policy: 4-hour notice (except for inclement weather; then, 2-hour notice)
- Payment Policy: Cash on delivery, or credit established prior to delivery; service charge of 1.5% per month, or 18% per annum on all past-due accounts. Non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks - $25/check
- Prices are quoted as FOB at the job site, provided site access roads are suitable for transportation.
- All prices are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
- Deliveries beyond street curb: contractor/customer assumes all responsibility for any damage caused as a result of the delivery.
